Can’t sign in offline

Hi there, The first step to problem solving your issue is to perform a Hard reset on your Xbox One.

To perform a Hard Reset you Hold your power button on your Xbox for 8 to 10 seconds or until it turns off. Once the Xbox is off unplug your power pack from the Xbox so it has no power running into it. Leave the power pack unplugged for 5 minutes and then plug
it back in and start up your Xbox.

Or you could try and clear your cache.

To to this go to Settings, Network, Network Settings, Advance Settings then Click Alternate MAC Address then click Clear.

So i managed to get access to the internet for some reason my account needed my password it seems to be working now. Thanks for the help

I'd recommend going into your Network settings and then set the Xbox to go online, powercycle the Xbox again with the steps listed above by our Xbox Ambassador. When the Xbox restarts, go back into Network settings and go offline.

If your account cannot sign in, then unfortunately you will need to remove your account and re-downloaded it once you have access to the internet. The only other option would be a soft factory reset which also requires you to be connected to the Internet.
Your account may have corrupted data that would need to be removed and your data would need to re-sync from Xbox Live.
