Can't sign in offline in a suspended account.

So my problem is that everytime I try to sign in, I only get a text saying that I need to be online, and that this could happen if I didn't save my password. So that's it? If you have to put your password everytime you sign in and you get banned or suspended
with those settings on, you can't play offline anymore? Idiotic to say the least. Especially because these were my default settings.

Same here can't sign into Xbox live account or even into the account offline at all.

And also the Enforcement site is not working for some reason. It hasn't worked for 4 days at least.

I'm almost 100% sure it's a perm ban. I could be wrong but usually even if your account is suspended you can still sign in and play offline. I can't even do that and when I try it tells me the perm ban error

Same here can't sign into Xbox live account or even into the account offline at all.

I'm having the same issue. My Skype account has been suspended, and I can't seem to recover it. So I made a new Skype account. The problem is, when on my XB1, it keeps trying to sign in with the suspended account, which I have no access to. I need my xbox
to allow me to INPUT the sign in credentials, but it automatically uses my old account credentials, which, again, is a suspended account. Has anyone been able to resolve this issue?

Your Xbox Live Account maybe suspended due to Non-payment for your Xbox Live subscription. Once your Xbox Live subscription is suspended and seems like your Arcade games licenses are not associated with your console since you can't play them offline. What
you need to do is pay off the balance once your account is resumed. Do a license Transfer on your console. After doing so your arcade games should be playable offline.
