Every time i try to send a message it wont let me it says due to my past behavior i cant send messages when i did nothing wrong please fix it

I cant enter the program i have the registration app for it and it says i will get a message soon i waited for 3 weeks and nothing came yet is there something i did wrong?

Did you try signing into your account on accounts.live.com ?

if you did update your info then try signing in with the old email that was on the account, if that doesn't work then take that email to accounts.live.com and go through the password reset steps on there

wsD1212, i went to the accounts.live.com and signed in with no problems its comes up with my info (name, unique id, etc) and nothing says anything about my live id being blocked
