Cant sign in. getting error 0x87DD0005. Made sure clock was set to auto update, Tried signing in with a new account. Cant figure out how to delete the old account because the support on that skips vital steps. Running window 10, just did window reset, 64

Get error code 0x87DD0005 when trying to sign into Microsoft Ultimate Word Games. Can play Microsoft Solitaire Collection, but not Word Games. Is there an solution for this?

This is so stupid of Microsoft to use a code that actually is not working. Add a telephone number so we can call for help. Paying for games that I cannot connect tool

nevermind i found it in library but now when I try to sign into xbox it says error code but Microsoft store works the error code is

0x87DD0005
