    Can't sign in family


    My profile signs in fine, but NONE of my family can sign in.

    On first attempt, after entering the password, it returns to the previous menu.

    On second attempt, it hangs for 3 mins, then returns error 0x80070102.

    Guests can sign in without this problem.

    This has been ongoing for the last three weeks

    I have the same problem. I'm a teen under the age of 18 and I can't leave my family. I would sign into the adult account of the family and change this except that the adult account who added me to the family is some random person called AlikeHarpy99271.
    So that person basically has me trapped and I can't do anything about it.

    Hello! Sorry for this issue, does it say which family you are in? (please exclude any personal information) If it's putting you in a random family then someone obviously has access to your account. So check your sign-in activity. If you see any unrecognizable sign in an activity I would recommend changing your password but I'm assuming you can't change it without the "parent" in your "Microsoft family"
