    Can't sign in ever


    I'm having an issue, and I've been having it for months. I called into support before but the issue still remains. I have a $300 xbox one s that I don't get to use because it won't let me sign in. When I log on, I enter my 6 digit pin which should let me
    go straight to the hoe screen. Instead it asks me to enter my email password. I enter the password and it just goes back to enter password screen again. I have two step authentication turned on for my windows phones, and laptop and it just automatically turns
    on on the xbox. I wish it wouldn't. I can't play the thing. If I turn off two step, eventually it let's me into the system after an hour or so of resigning in. That's ridiculous and a hassle.

    My first question is why can't you open your NAT? Do you not have access to the router? Does it ever allow you to sign in to LIVE, or are you never able to make the connection?
