Try disconnecting the power cord from your xbox one for 30 seconds to 1.5 minutes then plug up consoles and try to sign in again

have you tried to sign into login.live.com with the email for your gamertag??

if you cant sign in or get an error message this would be the causeof why you cant download the profile

There seems to be a problem with account at the moment that from what I deduce can affect logging into your profile. I've heard others having this exact problem tonight. They are working on it and saying they will give an update in 30 minutes (if that is
whats causing the problem that is)
