Cant sign in error 0x87DD0017

i havent been able to sign into my profile for a few days now, everytime i try to load my profile error 0x87DD0017 appears on the screen, i dont know what to do, i have tried to check my network settings( which are fine) but everything still the same,
my gamertag is , so if you could just check it out it would be great

Hello, luhete.

This may have something to do with your connection. Try to reset your modem/router for 30 seconds, then connect back to Xbox Live.

If this step does not work, you could try to delete your account off your Xbox, then redownload it to your console. Make sure you know your account email and password before moving onto this step, though.

Hi!!! thanks for your response, i actually tried to redownload my account, but i still have the same problem,

as for my modem i have already done what you suggested and still nothing.

It is worth noting that I can no longer get on my profile. Failed sign in followed by error code 0x87dd0017.
