can't sign in due to security info change?

so i had to change my mobile number for security reasons on my account, now whenever i try to sign in to my xbox one it says 'did you request a security info change?' as i click yes this was me it then goes on to say 'continue using your account' so i click
next and it just reverts back to the first screen so i am actually unable to log in at all on my xbox one which is becoming incredibly frustrating.

can anyone help?

Security info sign in problems

I have removed my account from my xbox and added it back on because i was having a problem with buying xbox live because it said my card was being used on more than one account. Now when i try to sign in i am getting a message saying that i have tried to
changed my security info which i didn't mean to do. It asks me to type in my e-mail address so it can send a code however, i never receive the code.

Anyone know how to fix this or cancel the security info process?

 

Unfortunately, you wont be able to make any changes to your account until the date that was told to you abut the change has passed. This is for security reasons to keep your account from being compromised. This is no way around it this way unless you stop
it.
