    Hi all, as was said earlier we really do apologize for the inconvenience. The support team is currently working with the engineers to try and resolve this issue. We too recognize how frustrating it is for folks who simply want to relax after work, or enjoy
    their free time with friends and are unable to.

    Can't log in to Xbox Live account on Xbox console

    Hello. My brother can't connect to Xbox live on his account. He can sign in, but he can't accept the new update. When an update came for the terms of use, he accidentally declined it, without reading it. Now he cannot install the update, or sign in to xbox

    Same problem here too! Won't let me sign in at all. Says my xbox cannot connect to xbox live. Connection test shows it getting on the internet just fine just cannot connect to xbox.
