    Can't Sign In, Can You Help?


    I'm having trouble signing in. Error 8007007A shows up. I didn't delete my profile, but instead downloaded it. That fixes the issue, but then when I sign out and sign back in, it happens again. I'm on the Xbox 360. I checked the Xbox Live connection, and
    there's a service alert. Maybe that's the problem. Please fix it.

    Microsoft Store, Xbox app, and Minecraft Launcher must have the same credentials to avoid getting into login issues. If you're having with the Microsoft Store and Xbox app, let us know. Please send us a screenshot of the error message. The main goal here is to have access to Minecraft Launcher and play the game. So first of all, let us verify your credentials and know where your license is and be connected to Minecraft services.
