Cant sign in but network test is successful ????

I started having this issue a few days ago in which i try to sign in but it gives an error and when i run the test everything seems fine, any suggestions ??

It doesn't happen all the time, when i finally do get in i can play online for about 2 hours or until i switch off the console, please help me !

Wont Sign Into XBL

I still cant sign in XBL.

When I run the network tests it all checks out fine, but when I try to sign in Live, it takes forever to load.

 

I sugest you to make a full clean up in your console (profiles and corrupt content)

In your console, go to Settings »»» System »»» Storage »»» All Devices (or your Storage device) »»» Profile »»» Erase all Profiles (but keeps items)

next step: Settings »»» System »»» Storage »»» All Devices (or your Storage device) »»» Games and Apps »»» Search for an app or game with an yellow "!". If you found, erase the game or app, it's corrupted

next step: Settings »»» System »»» Storage »»» In this screen, press Y »»» Choose Clear cache »»» Repet this operation 3x

next step: Settings »»» System »»» Network Settings »»» Select your Network »»» Select Configure Network »»» Select Additional Settings »»» click in Restore to Factory Defaults

After all the steps above done, Turn off your console for 4 minutes, unplugging the power supply from it. After restarting device, enter with you account (Social »»» Sign in / out »»» Download profile) and now it'll work

 

Thank you for replying, after applying all the steps you gave me i ran the network test and it gave a NAT error. I went on to port forward my Xbox according to the ports on the Xbox website and ran the test again, same thing....I'M starting to think it might
be the console itself since all the phones and laptops works in the house, or maybe i just have a bad router....

what is the error code you receive when you attempt to download your profile on the console?

 

Try to unplg your modem form the wall for 30 scents then plug it back in and reset your router that might help

 

You can try your console in another location and if the issue persists, maybe it's the console itself. Good Luck
