Can't sign in at all.

Just now, I turned on the X360 when it said there was a problem signing in. I looked around and found that I can clear the cache. Unfortunately, that did not work and I am afraid of deleting any profile because there are other people who use this console
but forgot their passwords. And no, the device bought new 5 years ago and was not modified in way

Any advice is appreciated.

Can't sign in at all.

I am currently unable to sign in to xbox live. I have tried multiple times to sign in but i continue to receive the same message, "There was a problem. We couldn't sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing in to account.live.com.
Sign in: 0x87DD0006" I have tried resetting my console multiple times and have waited for a while, but yet the same problem continues to occur. Please help as soon as possible

Hey there. If you're still having issues with signing in, give this a shot before deleting your profile. I would only do that if you're able to copy it to a USB drive first.

Go to Settings, System, Network, select your network, choose Configure Network, go right to Additional Settings, then Restore to factory defaults. Reboot the console, and run Test Xbox Live Connection from Network Settings and see if you're able to sign
in.

In your second post, if you're referring to your gamercard on the forums, don't worry too much about that, it's just a glitch that comes and goes in the forums.
