Cant sign in and i'm really sad about it

Well i guess i can sign in but when i do, it won't let me do anything else. First of all, the dashboard doesn't have anything on any of the tabs. Only the home tab has anything on it and even then the only thing on it is my recent apps and games. It doesn't
even have my favorites on my stuff only the 'my games and apps' option. When I go to any of my games it gives me an error saying 'We couldn't get your latest saved data' and it gives me the try again or use offline option. When i try to go to youtube or something
like that, it gives me the same thing. The only thing i can do right now is watch Netflix when i choose offline for some reason. I also called xbox support and all they told me was that they couldn't help me because i'm on the preview program and then they
sent me here. Hopefully you guys can help me because im not able to do anything at all right now

Preview members have the same build as the public release at the moment, there hasn't been any updates on the preview forums regarding a new build forums.xbox.com/.../5543.aspx

Some things you could try that might help resolve your issue

• See if your console is on powersaving Settings>Power>Powermode>Energy-saving
  
• Check to see if NAT is open Settings>Network
• Clear MAC address Settings>Network>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC Address>Clear
  
• Change DNS from default to OpenDNS ( 208.67.222.222 - 208.67.220.220 ) or GoogleDNS ( 8.8.8.8 - 8.8.4.4 )
  
• Removing your profile and downloading it again
