    I bought my XBox One in the Titanfall bundle over a month ago. I've not really had any problems with it until about 30 minutes ago. My Internet went out a few hours ago while I was watching YouTube, so I shut it off and played games on my 360 in the
    meantime. When I saw my Internet was working again, I immediately tried to resume what I was doing when my Internet went out. I started it up, got to home and now I'm stuck. Trying to Sign in causes the screen to dim, doing nothing until you press the XBox
    key to go back home. Selecting an app cause the app title to appear for a full minute before telling me "Please try again; For some reason [app] took too long to start. (0x8027025a)". Now, here's where the frustration REALLY begins, I can't even launch Settings
    in an attempt to reset anything that might be tied to it. I've tried shutting it off, but it doesn't fix it.

    Apps Not Launching

    For the last few days Ihave not been able to launch any apps through my Xbox one console.....I am getting error message 0xd0000189.....any information on what is causing this followed by a solution would be greatly appreciated.

    Can't sign in and ALL XBox One apps not launching, including crucial system apps.

    Press and hold the power button the console for 5-10 seconds until it turns off. Then reach behind and unplug the power cord from the console for 30 seconds. Plug it back in and use the console power button to turn it on.See if it works.

  5. Yes this worked. I didn't think a hard reset would have solved it but it did.

    Yes this worked. I didn't think a hard reset would have solved it but it did.

    The issue is still ongoing, I will attempt the troubleshooting soon (I've been busy). And to clarify, the one signed into the Microsoft store is the one with Ultimate Gold and the one signed into the Xbox app does not have any active subscription. Also, I have tried with Fallout 2 and New Vegas and all crash after a few seconds. I tried launching games from the Xbox app again and now Deep Rock Galactic is not launching at all. When I try to launch them, I get a file system error, both from the Xbox app and the store.

    Alright so I've tried the following:

    - DISM and the commands you suggested I entered.

    - SFC and the commands you suggested I entered.

    - Repaired the Microsoft store, and the games that do not work. None of my games worked prior to this or after this.

    - Tried signing in under one account for both the microsoft store and the xbox app.

    - Tried launching the games in both the microsoft and xbox app. None worked.

    Even after doing all this none of my games work. I can't seem to launch any of them because they all bring up this file system error code about 3 minutes after launching: "file system error (-2015291336)"
