Can't sign in AGAIN

Getting very frustrated at Microsoft lately.

For the 3rd time this week I'm unable to sign in. Keep getting this error code that Microsoft don't even recognise

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

It didn't work. I signed in there, and then tried to sign in to Xbox again but I still can't.

The error is 'Sorry, we can't sign you in. Please sign in at Xbox.com, then start this app again.'

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PROGRAM ???? Why aren't there any answers to all the problems? Can't sign in one day, the next it signs me in. Then, I can't play because it freezes and the cards will not move. Then, I can't sign in again. Performed the App troubleshooter
and it says it FIXED it. Hello??? NOT.
