Can’t sign in/add new account

The problem first started when randomly I couldn’t sign into my account and now I’ve restarted my console and wiped memory from it and it’s not letting me add a new account now and I need help. I forget the error code but i remember it ended in f2 or at
least those numbers were in it

Try to make a hard reset by holding down the power button until the system shuts down.

Then unplug the power cable from the outlet for 30 seconds and plug it back in and power on the console that might help.

Make sure your internet is working properly, and check if the problem is with xbox live.

Next time, copy the error code or message displayed.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We know it can be frustrating when you are not able to sign in to your Xbox One X. The console failing to load portions of the screen may suggest that the issue is related to the system update. We recommend
completing a
soft factory reset. This reset will keep all games and applications installed, but it will remove all profiles from the console. Therefore, the email address and password of those accounts must be known before this step is taken. Be sure to let us know
the results!

I have the same problem. The soft factory reset didn't resolve the problem.

I just completed the complete factory reset, removing all the games, and still have the same problem.
