Can't Sign In - A problem occurred while signing in

Hey guys

Please lets not bring Lizard Squad into this or any other hacking organization. They thrive off publicity and this sort of finger pointing is not only likely to be inaccurate, but it doesn't resolve the issue at hand. So lets keep the speculation out of
it and concentrate on the support that users need.

Firstly, if anyone other than the thread author has any issues, can you please create you own threads. People are encouraged to create their own threads so that the focus of support can be directed at the threads author.

Secondly, please keep an eye on the service alert page

support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

This page is updated by the tech team every 30 minutes to reflect any changes in the status. Once the issue has been resolved, you should all be able to sign back in without any further problems. If you do have problems past that point, please feel free
to come back for more help.

I'm beginning to wonder why I pay for 2 xbox live subscriptions if the service is going down all the time due to DOS attacks. I will not be renewing.

 

Xbox has been hacked by the Lizard squad again an they won't admit it, I've had the same problem for 2 days now an still no fix.

 

Maybe Microsoft should try taking the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One off the same *** network/server. Would probably cut their problems in half and while at it, up-date the network security to stop mother@#%**** hacker's from ruining actual paying customer's
enjoyment. Just a suggestion. And yes having the same issue.

 

Why remove my post about Microsoft being hacked by the Lizard squad? Just admit it an stop telling people to wait 30 mins for a status update I've been waiting 2days!

That's what is happening isn't it? Why would you not want to tell the people the truth? Who cares what they thrive on they are going to do what they are going to do regardless. Just let people be honest and say m$ doesn't have a good contingency plan
for this and we have to wait it out.
