    I can't sign in every time I try it pops up saying "a problem has occurred while signing in. Please try again". I turned off Xbox like 10 times

    Sorry you're having trouble signing in!

    If you're prompted to download any updates when you try to sign in, make sure you're downloading them first.

    Try running a network connection test and then posting your results in a reply here.

    You can find instructions for running the test and a template for what information to post in this thread.

    Can't connect either. I was on Netflix watching a movie and got kicked out due to xbox live disconnecting and now I can't get back in.

    Spend all day at work, come home, CANT SIGN IN! Tried all the trouble shooting options, its XBOX LIVE that isnt connected/connecting on day like this we should get discount or refunded on what we have paid for LIVE, more issues than ever :/

    Yeah I'm getting pretty tired of this myself. Got disconnected again, and not signing in. With their *** DRM I can't even play games or video files from my HDD without a connection to XBL.

    I'm having this problem too. I've been playing for 10-11 hours straight without any problem. I closed the console for 2 & 1/2 hours, then i opened it and that message poped up! Tried everything but nothing happened... For a while,i connected to XBL,played
    half a match on FIFA Ultimate Team (FIFA 15) but suddenly,it disconnected again... Dafuq is going on?
