Can't Sign In -- A problem occurred while signing in... Won't work at all!!

I've tried signing into different profiles, accessing apps without signing into a profile, I've tried fixing my corrupted profile... NOTHING IS WORKING!!

When I attempt to use any profile or app, I get a message (without an error code, but Titled "Can't Sign In") that reads, "A problem occurred while signing in. Please try again. If problem persists, please visit
www.xbox.com/support."

So, of course, I start digging through forums for a solution...

- Restart your console? Tried and failed 3 times

- Check all cables/cords/internet connect? Everything is good, problem still persists.

- Your profile may be corrupt, use Guide button to go to settings, and...? Hit the guide button and get message that reads, "The Xbox Guide is currently unavailable."

I can't even access the settings! WHAT DO I DO?

Another "Keep getting disconnected every few minutes" Problem

OK, well now it won't sign in at all. Just says a problem occurred while singing in.

No error codes or anything, no Xbox Live service alerts. Just won't sign in now.

Please try the following steps

1. Check account.live.com/.../manage to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified

2. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link: support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to: support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

4. Turn the console off.

5. Turn the console on.

6. Clear the console cache one more time

7. Redownload your profile. you might have to enter the security verification afterwards and all should be fine again.
