    Can't sign in (0x87DD0005)


    Hello! I bought a new laptop that came with Game Pass as a gift, but I already was paying for my subscription, but when I tried to login, this message is always appearing and I can't even play anything.

    This is really annoying.

    I already did:

    • Reparing everything related to Xbox apps (Xbox app itself, Xbox Game Bar, Xbox Live)
    • Reseting everything related to Xbox apps (Xbox app itself, Xbox Game Bar, Xbox Live)
    • Reinstalled all the Xbox apps
    • Unsuscribed from Game Pass (to see if the Game Pass gift was causing some sort of bug with the actual subscription)
    • Deleted all Temp
    Please help Can't sign in (0x87DD0005) :(

    PC can't connect to Xbox Live

    I'm receiving error code 0x87DD0005, it's different from the first one. All of my Xbox apps have this code attempting to sign in. I can't access my NAT type due to this code. Weird my loaded games sign me in, but not the apps.

    I have the same problem! It won't let me log into the game and none of the suggested fixes work. I am not computer savvy so any help would be appreciated. I don't want to lose my levels etc.

    Never mind, it´s solved now.

    I dind´t do anything... So the cause of this bug is still unknown...
