    A couple of days ago I tried to play the game but always got the same error, can't sign in. I waited for a couple of days but I still get it. I have looked for a solution but can't find one, I have tried resetting the game and I have checked if my Microsoft
    account was added to my pc. I am also unable to play Motorsport Apex and to log in in Forza Hub and I can log in to my xbox account.

    Hey there, so can you still sign-in to the account through the PC? Here is the support article for the error you provided though I'm not sure how much help it will be if you can't sign-in:

    Can't sign in on Xbox App nor the Xbox 360 Smartglass due to error!!!

    Trying to sign in Xbox App on windows 10 PC but this happens The minute I click it says I can't sign in on right now error codes: oxcood11cd (oxc101000c) And error code (0x404) for Xbox 360 Smartglass. Tried searching to errors code answers under Xbox Error

    This is a error code, You can try quitting the app and give it one last try. Hope this helps. Also try turning off the pc and turn it back on. Wish everything goes well.

    0x80070005 error code for 3 months

    This unfortunately does not solve the problem. I have went to a complete reset of the PC, wiped the disk, download windows from the cloud, set up as new PC, and the error is still there. Can't sign into the XBox app, and the windows store says it can't download "XBox Identity Provider". Spent 90 minutes on the phone with support to no avail.
