Can't Sign Back Into Xbox PC Games Nor My Xbox App

I forgot to include that when I opened my Microsoft Solitaire app today I not only got the Install banner across the screen and IE opened to the link I gave you, but at the same time my IE immersive view browser was opening to that page I saw a command prompt
window open with the heading or title "taskeng.exe" on the frame of the window not typed in the black field that part was blank, it appeared for 2 seconds then disappeared. All of that happened when I clicked on my Microsoft Solitaire app, I didn't click anything
else and I didn't open anything before opening solitaire, I turned on my computer, let it load, and went straight to my solitaire app.

My Xbox Games app and Windows Store app have traded places. When the sign in problem first started I could access "My Account" in my Windows Store app but my Xbox Games app couldn't sign in. Today my Xbox Games app can sign in but now my Windows Store app
can't access my Microsoft account nor Updates and I get a "Try Again Later" message with this error code 0x80072ee2. Also, when I clicked "Reply With Quote" at the end of your reply (PhidzMac02), when I tried to type my reply there I kept getting a pop up
message telling me I must be signed in to reply but I was signed in, but I thought nothing of it because I was able to type my reply to you in the comment box right below my original post. But, when I came back to send you this message about my Windows Store
app is now acting up, I tried to type in the same comment box that I used for my previous message and I got the pop up again stating I need to be signed in to reply. Again I checked the top right hand corner of the screen and it showed I'm signed in, I had
to reload the page to type this message. I thought I should let you know all of that just in case it's relevant.

I was actually able to access my apps page in the Windows store and download Microsoft solitaire Collection before it popped up another error message (same one as before) and with the Xbox working now, everything appears to be back to normal

ME, TOO!! I entered in the other support part and it says engineers are working on it. Another one had someone respond and I do not understand what they are telling me to do,,,,,but it sounds like restoring my computer. Not even going there until they
respond that the engineers can not fix. Did that in 2014 and it was not the issue and took over a week to reinstall updates and software.

Thanks or posting as you go, you are really helping those of us that are frustrated....I just wish I had not uninstalled Solitaire. I am so ready to just throw the laptop out the window.

I just went into store since after midnight my time and magically store is fixed and games are working again. Anyone notice that when you log in there is a message as of the 9th, Seems ironic that that is when it started for most people from other pages.
Just thankful working again,

No just let me load the game and continue. Store only lets you load from the menu not from apps. It does not recognize or allow you into your apps.

If you do not like the answer that PhidzMac02 Official Support has given ME, than start your own post. I'm here trying to get help and all I have gotten is a bunch of people running their mouths more than person who can actual help me. If you CAN NOT add
anything that is helpful than you should keep your opinion to yourself and start your own post. Clicking "Me Too" is suppose to be about informing how big the problem is, "NOT TO TAKE OVER THE ORGINAL POSTER'S QUESTION OR PLEA FOR ASSISTANTS FOR OFFICIAL SUPPORT".
This is not the place for you to get your "Whine On" please stop it, and I hope a HIDE button is created and put on all Me Too replies that only the original poster can use for purpose of removing such disrespectful nonsense.

Yes they worked yesterday but today none of them will load. I'm really scratching my head about what I should do next. I don't want to uninstall and reinstall since it's all of my Xbox for PC games not just the 1 game. And to let you know my message does
not apply to you. Your reply is actually about trying to make progress with the issue at hand. I'm also curious if you are having the same problem that I am today with the games not loading at all.
