Can't Sign Back Into Xbox PC Games Nor My Xbox App

My OS is Windows 8.1 and the problem began on 4/8/2018 at about 10:30am est. I was playing my Microsoft Solitaire Collection app and closed it after being stumped on Spider in theme mode not a daily challenge. When I returned and opened the game to give
Spider another try the app would not sign in and I got a banner across my screen to activate the app by clicking Install. I've had this app for years so I canceled the action. I opened my Windows Store app and that loaded my account info with no problem. I
opened my Xbox app on my start screen and that will not sign in either, I clicked sign in at the top right hand corner of the screen and I got an error banner and I opened my charms and clicked Account to sign in that way but again I got the same error banner
with the error code: 0xc00d11cd (0xc101000c). When I searched this error on the Xbox support page and it showed that the error code does not exist. I searched in the forums and found many other people with the same issue but no one has gotten an answer to
this mystery. I did check out troubleshooting steps for this issue since the Xbox Live status shows no current problems in connection with this, but I did not try the clear internet cache for fear of lossing my Hidden City game progress which I play online
at Facebook. Also none of my other Xbox for PC games can sign in either, Taptiles, Microsoft Minesweeper, Microsoft Sudoku, and Microsoft Mahjong crashed. Please help me get signed back in to my Microsoft Xbox games, and I've included 2 screen shots showing
the banners and 1 that shows I can log-in online in my browser which you probably already know since I was able to send you this message.

Having trouble signing in xbox app

I can't sign into my account on xbox app on my phone. Uninstalled it and reinstall but now can't sign back in. Please help

 

Windows 10: Can't login into ANY Xbox Live game, nor Xbox app

Hi, for some reason I cannot log in with my Xbox account into any Xbox Live enabled games, nor Xbox app for Windows 10. Attempting to login into games gives me various cryptic errors, such as "can't login you right now", Xbox app gives me error code (0x409)
0x80070005. I have tried: Reinstalling all Windows Store apps via Powershell script, reinstalling Xbox app, installing Xbox beta app, switching to local account and back to MS account, checking if all Xbox Live services are running, with no luck.

What's weird, however, is that I can sign into Xbox Live just fine on my Xbox 360 as well as my other Windows 10 PC, which uses the same MS account. So I don't think problem is in my account on any particular game or app, but probably something botched Xbox
Live subsystem on my primary Windows 10 machine - considering I could login into games just fine about a month ago and did not make any significant changes, I am suspecting some updates installed via Windows Update did this. Could you look into this problem?

I am having the exact same issue. Only I uninstalled solitaire thinking reinstalling would help since it did several years ago. I managed to do the 4/8 challenges but tonight was unable to 4/9 challenge and now I can not reinstall solitaire. PLEASE HELP>

I checked my error message is different slightly. I am sure because It was Solitaire was uninstalled the others keep looping. In the store at reinstall it comes back with "Your purchase couldn't be completed Something happened and your purchase
can't be completed. Error code 0xc03f00d Obviously the game removed itself. But was in store since 2014 install.

Come on PhidzMac02, be realistic look up the error message in this Forum and see how many people are having the same problem. IT"S NOT IN OUR COMPUTER"S, it's Microsoft and Xbox. So let's not make everyone jump through a lot of hoops for nothing and come
up with something better than the troubleshooter for Windows Store, please!!!

 

Am having same problems - as above - I'm in uk but roughly the same time frame - wish microsoft would sort this out it seems to be worldwide - so it figures they had a buggy update coz can't log in anywhere with xbox games/apps ):

 

Well for starters the 'click here' is for "Windows 10" not our O/S Win 8.1 I'm having same problems as the others on this particular posting - many others worldwide too going by the various forums - So please bump our problem further up the power chain

Now I can sign in to the Xbox app but I can't sign in to the "My Account" subsection of the windows store. The Xbox app tells me that I haven't played solitaire since 4/7/18 (Really???) and when I attempt to reinstall solitaire I get the same error message.
Any attempt to access "My Apps" results in the error message that I should try again later because the server may be down. How is that for progress?? PEOPLE
DO NOT START JUMPING THROUGH A LOT OF HOOPS BECAUSE OF THIS MALFUNCTION, IT'S MICROSOFT AND XBOX . IT IS NOT A PROBLEM IN YOUR COMPUTER!!

 

Thank you for time PhidzMac02, and sorry for the delayed reply. I ran the previous version of the appsdiagnostics and the updated appsdiagnostic10 and nor found a problem. Today when I opened my Xbox app and after about 1-2 minutes the app signed in but
when I opened Microsoft Solitaire app the same banner popped up telling me to click install to activate the game and my IE immersive view browser opened to the following link, (https:// microsoftcasualgames com/casualsuite/sudoku/news/win8sudoku.htm?referrerID=). I
clicked Install on the banner and Processing kept spinning and spinning. I didn't try uninstalling and reinstalling the game because it's not the only Microsoft app on my computer that's doing this.

 

My Xbox Games app and Windows Store app have traded places. When the sign in problem first started I could access "My Account" in my Windows Store app but my Xbox Games app couldn't sign in. Today my Xbox Games app can sign in but now my Windows Store app
can't access my Microsoft account nor Updates and I get a "Try Again Later" message with this error code 0x80072ee2. Also, when I clicked "Reply With Quote" at the end of your reply (PhidzMac02), when I tried to type my reply there I kept getting a pop up
message telling me I must be signed in to reply but I was signed in, but I thought nothing of it because I was able to type my reply to you in the comment box right below my original post. But, when I came back to send you this message about my Windows Store
app is now acting up, I tried to type in the same comment box that I used for my previous message and I got the pop up again stating I need to be signed in to reply. Again I checked the top right hand corner of the screen and it showed I'm signed in, I had
to reload the page to type this message. I thought I should let you know all of that just in case it's relevant.
