cant show downloaded item in my phone

I'm able to access my 10-song credits via my WP8 phone through the Store and purchase songs that way. If you have your desktop Xbox Music set up to download items purchased on other devices, the songs will show up there as well.

need some help with downloading content and i already did a license transfer. i moved to US from Ireland

but when i try to download first strike pack for COD : Black Ops



its a region lock issue

because he no longer lives in the same country as where he purchased the game the region lock will only show up on purchases however when the IP changes to another country it causes a mismatch

@Miss Kleo, I don't think speed is his issue, the fact that it gets to 99% means there must be another issue. Just my opinion.
