Can't share screenshots taken from forza 6 apex

I'm trying to share screenshots taken with my elite controller but the xbox app says that it doesn't recognize the game which is confusing as it worked last week, it also doesn't show up in the recently played list.

Sorry, this can't be shared because we don't recognize this game. Windows 10 DVR

Hey everyone!

I have this message "Sorry, this can't be shared because we don't recognize this game" when I want share my clips on XBOX app Windows 10 DVR. I tested these games: Tiny Troopers, Tiny Troopers 2, Forza Motorsport 6 APEX, Microsoft treasure Hunt. I know that
only games from xbox live or from windows shop are supported. When I want share a screenshot there is no problem but when I press SHARE on clip from this games I get the message "Sorry, this can't be shared because we don't recognize this game"

Can anyone help???

Could you provide the error you're getting when trying to play Forza Apex?

Hey there NJSwift101480,

Is the issue happening with any game you're taking to take a screenshot with? Do you notice any issues with taking a screenshot or Game DVR clip in other games as well?

What troubleshooting steps have you tried already? Did you by chance try to uninstall and reinstall the game to see if that helped?

It looks like the G27 is a supported device, but the pedals may not be supported yet since the game is being updated. There's more information on the Forza 6: Apex website

As for the screenshots, at the time of Ronin's posting, Forza 6 wasn't officially out for everyone, so the screenshots by design wouldn't be able to be shared. Are they working as they should now, or are they still not able to be shared?
