Cant share name on Xbox One

I've been having this problem for the longest. Everytime I save the name on account.live.com it appears there but on the Xbox one, nobody can see it. Even got on another account to view the profile and I couldnt even see it. I have my privacy settings set
for everyone to see my name. Is there any way to fix this.

EDIT: btw, im not referring to this account Im posting this message with. Its another account.

I can't upload to Halo 4's file share?

I cant upload to he file share. I receive an error stating "The name of the creator of this file in not allowed on Xbox Live". I have had this GT for 2 years and can upload onto Halo: Reach's file share. Any help is much appreciated.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Xbox One displaying your name. Have you tried removing your profile from your Xbox One and then adding it back to see if that helps clear up the trouble? Often times that can clear up any profile issues such
as this.

each person's retail experience is unique to them, it might be shared by coincidence at times but you cant paint every retailer or shop just because it shares a brand name.
