Can't share gold

Lol, my friend just got alt account banned and my account was given a 14-day ban for no reason. I already filed a Case Review and the decision was upheld. Anyone know why my account got banned as well and why I can't share gold until the 3rd?

You can't share gold membership among accounts on 360 consoles

 

Nobody here on the forums has access to individual account records, unfortunately. If a case review comes up as "decision upheld", it means that the Xbox Enforcement team took another look at the case and determined that the account did indeed violate the
Code of Conduct to warrant a ban. At that point, there's pretty much nothing else you can do except wait until the ban expires.

 

Xbox is trash, I'm playing on my PS4, **** stupid Enforcement Team can't even look at a case manually because they're too lazy. They make it impossible to contact them so nobody can complain about their **** service, Microsoft support
is 100 times better.

 

I really don't care if you report this comment as well because it's also an alt.

 

At least Microsoft allows you to file a case review.

With Sony if you get an account suspension they dont even give you an option for a case review.
