Can't share game clips?

"There might be a problem with service, or it could because of your privacy settings or past behavior." Thing is I'm only taking screenshots but I'm getting that message. This is for Skyrim Special Edition if that matters. That doesn't happen with the
original game as I own both.

A corrupted profile data may cause for the Xbox app not to work properly. Here are following solutions to isolate the issue:

Solution 1: Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps

Solution 2: Check for apps and games from Windows Store

To check for the latest updates for your Windows 10-based device, perform the instructions provided here.

Solution 4: Sign in as a different user

1. Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or select the Windows icon from the bottom-left corner of the main screen.
2. Select your account name from the top-left corner of the menu, and then select Switch account.
3. Sign in with an account other than the one you were using.
4. Access the Xbox app and check if it now works correctly.

Solution 5: Uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app

1. Type Windows Powershell in the search box.
2. Right click Windows Powershell and select Run as administrator.
   
3. Copy and paste the following command: get-appxpackage Microsoft.XboxApp | remove-appxpackage
4. Press Enter.

Restart your Windows 10 device to refresh and sync all changes made. Then, download and install the Xbox app here and check if it works correctly this time.

You'd expect going to the damn website you'd get some help. Got better luck of someone at Sony helping me.

Just to clarify, I have checked my privacy settings:

Decide to allow or block game clip uploads to Xbox Live.)

are set to allow.
