Can't share anything with Xbox One or Smartglass

    Hi!

    I get errors while trying to share game clips, achievements etc. on the console and in smartglass.

    How to fix this?

    Any reason why it isnt possible to share screenshots or gameplay recordings of Quantum Break?

    My "showcase" is broken. Can't edit the showcase or share achievements or game clips.

    Mine is broken too, If I try to share an achievement or clip gives me the same error:"Something went wrong Sorry, we can't share this right now. Try again in a while."

    Smartglass gives me the same error...

    same issue here. i had a chat with support, but could not resolve the issue. instead i got a service request number and they are looking into the problem.

    They called me back and we were actually able to fix it! For me the problem was that my NAT-type was middle. You need to make sure that your router doesn't block anything regarding the console. I opened all the ports for the Xbox, the NAT-type is open now
    and everything works like a charm.

    Set output to dvi by mistake

    No I can't see anything. My tv isn't getting any signal from the xbox. I tried using smartglass but didn't see any way to change the output mode through smartglass.

    Fault with xbox gold allocating games to >1 user on the xbox...?

    Download 'Smartglass for Xbox One' on ios/android, sign in and download for each Gamertag, alternatively....delete the game and re-download it on each Gamertag.

    Having said that, if you are the only one with Gold, you can't. The Gold is only 'shared' on the console, not given to each Gamertag as a gift.
