Can't share any media to Xbox Live

I apologise in advance for any bad formatting, I'm posting this via my phone.

I'm playing on an Xbox One S.

I've been taking screenshots and recording game clips of my new games recently.

When it comes to uploading the media to Xbox Live, I get the notification on my console that it's uploaded, and I get a push notification via the Xbox App that that the content has uploaded.

However, when I try to share the content on my console, I get an error message 'Oops, something went wrong' or something similar, and I'm told I need to upload the content to Xbox Live.

I also get an error message when I try to access the media on my phone through the Xbox App.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
