Can't Share Achievements to Activity Feed

I am a Preview Member and I think this issue began when NXOE was in the preview stage.

Hi, I think I may need help from an actual programmer who can create a solution to this problem. I've been going around in circles between Twitter support, chat support, and also here on the forums.

The problem: When I select an achievement and want to share it to the "Activity Feed" I get this error message:

"Something Went Wrong. We can't share this right now. Try again in a while."

This has been going on for almost 2 months.

Possible cause? When NXOE was in Preview, I noticed 2 blank untitled tiles appeared under "My Apps." Clicking on these tiles appeared to have no function whatsoever. I think it was about a week or maybe two and I finally decided to see
if I could remove the blank tiles. I was able to delete / uninstall these blank tiles in the same manner you would uninstall an app using the Menu button. Later, I noticed that the blank tiles were mentioned in one of the Preview Updates and a fix was put
in place so that these blank tiles would not appear. However I had already removed them. This was approximately the same time frame when I began having this problem of not being able to share my achievements to the Activity Feed. I don't know if these issues
are related, but I suspect that they are. (Note: The Achievements WILL share to my Showcase, but not to the Activity Feed.)

Attempted Resolutions: I thought about trying to re-install the 2 blank tiles. However they are not listed in the "Ready to Install" list of apps.

I thought about uninstalling the Achievements app, and the re-installing it. However there is no option to uninstall the Achievements app (probably because it is a permanent part of the UI?)

I did all of the usual procedures, including:

-Hard Reset, including unplugging the console for 5 minutes

- Uninstalling, then re-installing my Profile on the Xbox One console

- Factory Reset (had to re-download all of my games and apps)

Please Help

I've been having a very difficult time getting much response on Twitter - ever since the NXOE released to everybody, it's been difficult to even get a response.

I've had two chat sessions with Xbox Support, and neither person was able to identify or fix the issue.

I've posted a forum topic in the Preview forum area, with no response.

If you could present this issue to one of your awesome programming geniuses, I would LOVE to be able to share my achievements again.

Activity Feed is broken

My activity feed is broken as well. Anytime I get an achievement, upload a game clip, or try to share a game clip to my activity feed it doesn't show up. When I try and share a clip to my activity feed this is what I get.

"Something went wrong"

"Sorry, we can't share this right now. Try again in a while"

This has been going one ever since the "system hack" on Christmas day. Can anyone help??
