Can’t set xbox home

You would need to sign in on the Xbox that you want the games on and make that person’s Xbox your home Xbox. The other person would need to do the same thing. He would need to make your Xbox his home Xbox.

If you are getting that error above, I would contact Xbox Support via phone or chat, as one of the Xbox’s have probably used all of their “Make This my Home Xbox” trials. Xbox Support should be able to tell you who has used these trials as well.

Customer support cannot offer additional switches. If your console shows you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and you need assistance, select Help when you see the message, Can’t
make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception.

You can also get help with your home Xbox in Xbox Assist. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, select System > Xbox Assist, choose My Xbox Assist > Search,
and then enter My Home Xbox.

Please note you can only change your home Xbox 5 times in a year.

I notice alot of people have been having this issues. Since you already spoke to customer support and factory reset your Xbox 5 times there isn't much more to do. The only last option is try removing and hen readd your profile. Hopefully this can help.

Does anyone know if there is a way to see what accounts have this console setup as the home Xbox?
