Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Like previously stated, it could be a network issue. Try on a different connection, maybe? Also, additionally, you can only change your Home Xbox five times a year. However, if you contact support and give a valid reason, you can have it reset. I think
they'll do it for someone once a year or so.
