    Can't set achievement art as background?


    Anyone else experiencing this issue? Went to set this weeks Forzathon image as my background, yet it won't set it as my background. Last time I successfully changed it to an achievement art was on Tuesday.

    Achievement art issues.

    hey folks, tried last night to set a new background using achievement art on my xbox one but it doesn't seem to be working.

    Tried a few things.

    Deleted profile.

    Cleared cache.

    Set solid background then achievement art no luck.

    Tried diffrent achievement art from other games.

    I also tried my partner's xbox s on her account and the same thing happens.

    Have MS removed this feature or is it update issue?

    Anybody manage to set the day one exclusive background? I don't see it in achievement art..

    Same problem here. I wanted to change my background yesterday (previously had set another achievement art), but didn't let me. I can set screenshots and solid color as background, but no achievements (any game). Tried hard reset but no results. Help please.

    Background and color

    Transparency only works when you have custom or achievement art selected as background, Try setting an achievement as a background then change back to solid background colour of your choice .

    Unable to upadate the background on the homepage

    I am experiencing a similar problem but it doesn't only affect when I try to set Achievement art as the background. I have the same issue with screenshots as well. In addition to that, if I have a plain colour background, game art only shows up in the
    background sometimes - not all the time.

    Unfortunately, Achievement Art or other background settings will follow your profile but custom images and screenshots stay on the console they're on.
