Hey there Wulf! I understand you're having trouble sending messages from your console. Can you confirm if this is only with one or certain friends, or do you get this issue when you send to any person? Are you able to get into parties and voice chat, or
do those have issues as well? Let us know, thanks!

Since a few weeks I cant sent any messages. I looked on the enforcement page, there is no problem. I checked security information. There is also no problem. I never sent messages, so a ban or whatever is not possible. Can anybody help?

Sorry, I misread your post thinking it's supposed to end today. If on Xbox One, did you try to remove your profile and to add it again afterwards? Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

Because there is an enforcement action on the account, it's best to go to
Enforcement.Xbox.com.

Make sure to look for an "Orange Hammer" icon and click it, then look at the enforcement history.

Should the account be unsuspended and you are still not able to use communications, then it may be due to

Reputation.
