Cant sent images via Xbox chat

i cant sent an image in the xbox chat while my online friend can. she says that she only needs to press a "+ icon" but the only + icon i have is to add friends. i tried changing the privacy settings and even installed the app on my phone, but nothing happend!
help??

hello there

well i have an Samsung Galaxy S5 but i just downloaded the app today so i cant update.

also i actually only really use my laptop to chat, but it doesnt work on both my devices

but thanks for the help anyway

What type of phone do you have? You may need to update the app. I just checked on mine and it bought up my camera roll so it may be a glitch or something on your end.

If you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000, you can request a deposit via the MyRewards section of the Rewards site. If you have 5,000 or more credits pending, they would already be scheduled for a deposit. There is no way to have credits
deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

thats what it is 14000 of them so ill be waiting thanks 4 your help
