    Can't send Xbox LIVE messages.


    Okay, I've always been able to send messages on Xbox LIVE.

    But now every time I try to send one, it says Your message could not be sent. But I was able to send messages literally 20 minutes ago.

    Please help!!

    I keep getting a error message when I try to send a message. It says messageing isn't working for this account. And I don't have antother phone number to use. Don't know what to do

    Hey there, when you have a moment head over to the account page, and make sure that you have entered your billing and contact info. Once this is done try to send another message and let us know if you are still unable too.

    Hi there Winsteads! It is possible that there could be an unreported issue with the XBL system at that time. Is the issue still occurring, or has it resolved itself? Please let us know and we can go from there.
