    Cant send text messages


    greetings,

    Im having an issue of sending messages, it cant reach and says ive been banned. When i contacted the support guys they said that my prfile is clean and no issues or complaints were issued. Im a member of preview program and i reported my ussue there too.

    What should i do?

    I cant send or recieve any message from friend. One of my friends text me telling me he couuldnt send me message. Whats going on?

    Hi! You can still send text messages & voice chat on the console with a Silver membership - you just cant message on Xbox.com without Gold.

    I figured it out. You have go to Microsoft security settings and set up identity verification and two step verification.

    I'm sorry to see any issues with messaging on your account. If you have no active suspensions on your account when checking the
    Enforcement site, you could have a Skype block on your account. Follow the steps on our

    can't send messages page     to resolve that issue.
