Has anyone has this issue? I can play games, join parties, talk over mic, but I can't receive or send messages. My Conversations will not load as well. When I try to send a message it says "Sorry Something Went Wrong." I have an open NAT...UPnP is on
- but my Xbox doesn't show up on the list - not sure if that matters. DMZ is active as well. I also did a port forwarding to access the port my xbox is using. One of the consoles received this error message when it tried to update 0x80a4001b. I've spent
countless hours on this and nothing works!! I am so frustrated. Even the Xbox Support people can't figure it out! Thanks in advance.

can't send any messages

i can't send messages in xbox live. It doesn't work at the xbox one, xbox app on Windows 10 or xbox app on android. Everything else like online gaming and so on works except to send messages to other gamers. Receiving messages works fine.

Newer controllers don't recognize the mic on either of my headsets

So I have two separate Xbox One S consoles, and 3 different controllers. One controller is an older black one (model 1697) and the other two are newer that came with their bundles (both model 1708).

My headsets work 100% correctly on the older model controller. Both of my headsets work great with it on both xboxes

My newer controllers work 90% correctly with both headsets on both xboxes, EVERYTHING functions other than the mic. I can even hear my voice feedback in the headset but no one else can hear me in chat, can't record voice messages, can't skype. My mics do
not work at all on the newer controllers.

All controllers are fully updated, headsets are earforce xo one, and turtle beach X41. I have tried every headset on every controller on each xbox. The problem is isolated to the 2 newer controllers.

What on earth can I do to fix this?

If messages are still not getting out, despite the good network conditions, maybe try another connection.

The Xbox One can share a gold subscription, but only on the same console. If they're playing on two different consoles with two different accounts, you would need a separate gold subscription.

You can't sign into 2 different Xbox Ones with the same console. You would each need your own account (if you don't have one already) and then you would each be able to sign into each console and play separate games.

I have three accounts on my x box. Messaging is working fine on two, but stopped all together on the other. Can receive messages, but can't send. What's going on. Can't find a fix anywhere.

I only have 2 XBOX One consoles. The XBOX Live account is associated with my account which I use for parental controls on my two sons accounts. They each use their own separate account to play on their own XBOX One console.

- 2 XBOX One consoles

- my admin account with XBOX Live subscription

- my two sons have their own accounts they use to play on each of their XBOX One Consoles.
