Can't send or receive any messages on my Xbox console

for the past year, I haven't been able to send or receive messages from the Xbox console but the catch is I can send and receive messages from the official Xbox app and I have contacted the Microsoft support and told me that they don't have the privilege
to solve my problem.

Have had the same issue for a couple of months on XBox One. No problem on 360. But no notifications either. Any help please?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

You will need to contact support directly for information on that reference number. No one in the forums has access to that. Contact Us | Xbox Support

If that doesn't work please post back and give us more information on exactly what is happening.

When i talk audio message i mean AUDIO MESSAGE NOT PARTY CHAT.

Party chat is not message.

And when i power on my console series x and previews xbox consoles(For example xbox one s) when i am at menu the audio messages work fine i can hear them normally but when i run any game(EXCEPT FOTZA HORIZON 5) any audio message send or receive i CAN'T listen it.
