    Can’t send msg and change my profile picture


    I can’t send messages on Xbox or change my profile picture and I have a perfect record on enforcement.com for Xbox and I called a sponsor for and they told me that I’m good and it’s a glitch or something and I told him to come here and tell you what’s going
    on because in their department they can’t really do nothing and I can’t change my profile picture and is a picture of me and that’s what it’s always been and it’s telling me I can’t change it because it past activity but I never Change my profile picture so
    it doesn’t make sense because on the enforcement website it tells me congratulations for having a perfect reputation please help

    I can’t change my profile picture

    whenever I try to change my Xbox profile picture, it’s says “we still have your picture, we will upload it once we verify it’s ok” but there’s nothing wrong with it. Message Satkuuuuu if you have a solution

    Hey BrooklynClements!

    Due to COVID-19, some features have been disabled because more people are looking for social connection via gaming and Xbox is seeing record number of activity across all services Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Live and Mixer. To streamline moderation and to ensure
    everyone has the best experience possible when using Xbox services, these features have been disabled temporarily for the foreseeable future:

    • Custom Gamer Picture
    • Custom Club Pictures
    • Custom Club Backgrounds

    If you try and upload a custom picture you will see the error:

    "Sorry, we can't upload your picture right now. Try again in a little while." I think it will remains at least until quarantine is gone.

    Can’t change my profile picture?

    The short version is that during the current health crisis, and to keep the Microsoft/Xbox servers as stable as possible, some secondary features have been taken offline to keep all energy and focus on keeping game servers up and running as much as possible.
    After the first week of the mostly-nationwide shelter-in-place order, the servers were getting hammered so they decided to do whatever they could to lighten the load. Sorry to give ya bad news but it is supposed to be only temporary, there's just no date yet
    on when it'll be lifted.
