    Can't send messages


    I had a communication and multiplayer suspension recently which was like 2 weeks long. now it's been a week since the suspension has ended, and everything works fine except messaging and party chat. it still says because of bad behavior I can't send messages
    go do something else, but my suspension has been over for a week

    It took me quite a while to find anything on here related to this topic.

    I see Rock1771 did not get a reply

    I've been getting the same error message for days and cannot find this addressed in any support thread except this one.

    Any "official" out there can tell me what's going on?

    Hey heavymeta1l0ver! Does
    Enforcement.Xbox.com     show any active suspensions or bans? Make sure to check the email address attached to the gamertags on the console as well for any enforcement actions. Post back and let me know what you find. Thanks!

    nope my suspensions have ended, and everything works fine except messaging, and you can't hear my mic in party chat

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way
    to currently find out if an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

    What's the specific error code you both receive? If you don't have an enforcement action, have you tried verifying your phone number through the steps on

    this page    ? If you haven't please do so and report back!

    Do you get an error message when you try to send messages? Do you send a large number of messages on Xbox Live? I know they can limit the number of messages sent. And is this happening on all platforms? Mobile/Windows 10/Xbox Console?
