Can't send messages.

Anyone else having trouble with sending messages? I can't seem to send any messages and I've tried every fix I can find in the internet and the official Xbox support. I have a perfect record according to the Enforcement page and yet I can't send any message
to anyone. This is hard for me since I play Destiny and I use LFG every time. This has been happening for me for almost a year now. I didn't really mind at first because I started playing single player games and I have a PC but coming back to Xbox and hoping
it is fixed by now only to find it still the same makes me disappointed. I've tried creating a new account and the new account can send messages. I don't really what's happening but I hope Microsoft can fix this problem in the future.

I've been getting the same error message for days and cannot find this addressed in any support thread except this one.

Any "official" out there can tell me what's going on?

nope my suspensions have ended, and everything works fine except messaging, and you can't hear my mic in party chat

 

The answer to your question from me is... nope. I have no problems sending messages.

Are you still experiencing issues sending messages? It might be necessary to power cycle your Xbox One, as well as restarting your router / modem. You can do this by removing the power cable to your router / modem for 15-20 seconds, then plugging it back
in.
