Can't send messages

Yes I know I'm on a communication ban, do I think 7 days is a little steep for a few choice words that everyone uses on a daily basis on the system, yes. In other words...day 5 is really boring to the fact that I can get messages, but can't send them. Thanks

It took me quite a while to find anything on here related to this topic.

I see Rock1771 did not get a reply

I've been getting the same error message for days and cannot find this addressed in any support thread except this one.

Any "official" out there can tell me what's going on?

nope my suspensions have ended, and everything works fine except messaging, and you can't hear my mic in party chat

Sorry to hear it. However, the inability to communicate in any form (including sending messages) is part of the punishment in a communications suspension. You can find more information on the suspension by logging in to enforcement.xbox.com

Do you get an error message when you try to send messages? Do you send a large number of messages on Xbox Live? I know they can limit the number of messages sent. And is this happening on all platforms? Mobile/Windows 10/Xbox Console?

Try removing tour account from the console and then redownloading it.
