    I am having a similar issue and have checked the support link. I looked and it has nothing to do with my reputation. Im not sure if you could put any say it it but i would like for my account to be checked because i have had this issue since my account was

    What's the specific error code you both receive? If you don't have an enforcement action, have you tried verifying your phone number through the steps on

    this page    ? If you haven't please do so and report back!

    Do you get an error message when you try to send messages? Do you send a large number of messages on Xbox Live? I know they can limit the number of messages sent. And is this happening on all platforms? Mobile/Windows 10/Xbox Console?
