    It took me quite a while to find anything on here related to this topic.

    I see Rock1771 did not get a reply

    I've been getting the same error message for days and cannot find this addressed in any support thread except this one.

    Any "official" out there can tell me what's going on?

    nope my suspensions have ended, and everything works fine except messaging, and you can't hear my mic in party chat

    Hey there LustRAPSS!

    Sorry to hear that you're unable to message due to this issue. I can totally imagine how that could be frustrating for anyone.

    Do you mind if I ask if you're trying this through the Xbox One, or the Xbox app?

    Now normally when one has problems with messaging through Xbox Live, the best thing for to do is try the troubleshooting steps here on our page entitled

    Why can't I send messages from my Xbox One or the Xbox app    ? I would suggest trying that if you have not yet.

    Let us know how which platform you're trying this through and if the information I provided helped in resolving the issue you're dealing with.

    I usually do a hard reset on the Xbox console or check your wifi as well your NAT is open.

    What's the specific error code you both receive? If you don't have an enforcement action, have you tried verifying your phone number through the steps on

    this page    ? If you haven't please do so and report back!

    Do you get an error message when you try to send messages? Do you send a large number of messages on Xbox Live? I know they can limit the number of messages sent. And is this happening on all platforms? Mobile/Windows 10/Xbox Console?
