    Can't send messages via Xbox live


    I keep getting an error every time I try a send a message or make a looking for group post. I can receive messages and talk in party chat on Xbox live. My account is in good standing and I've run all the troubleshooting that is on Xbox support. I just want
    to be able to send messages again. Please help!

    Hi everyone. For some reason I no longer can send messages via xbox.com. So basically I'm locked out of any LFG services.

    My account is perfectly fine, all security checks passed, no limits on messages reached (I don't send too many anyway), so what the **** is going on?

    hello friend, I am also facing that kind of problem but in my case I can't send message neither from Microsoft website not from my Xbox console. I contacted with Xbox support team many times but they couldn't find a solution for me. It been more than 6 months
    since this issue has started. Hopefully you will not suffer as me.

    If you're not playing online why is there a need to send messages via Xbox Live? Yes it does suck you can't anymore, but I personally don't see the need if you're not playing MP online.

    They started sending the code out yesterday via PM on XBox Live.

    I received a message on XBox Live from XBox Live and it was a code for the specializations.

    Hey there -

    Sorry to hear about the issue. What happens when you try to send a message via your Xbox One? Are you able to send messages via Xbox.com or using a smartphone's Xbox app? Double check your account's privacy settings to be sure they are set appropriately
    to send/receive messages. Also be sure your
    security proofs are updated    .
