Sorry to hear about the issue sending messages on the console. Are you able to send messages on a mobile device using the Xbox App? What error message are you seeing on the console? Give

this guide a shot including updating your security proofs and let us know if it helps out! Also, are you posting from the account that currently seeing this message or is it a different one?

same here, cant send messages on xbox or smartglass and my record is all clean.

Use SmartGlass on your phone to send messages. It's much easier. Or, send a message here on xbox.com.

As others have mentioned, most game companies just release videos for their products either A) on their website and/or B) on YouTube.

If something like this is swaying you to sell the console, then as you put it "c'est la vie".

^ You can send messages via Smartglass without disturbing what you're doing on XO. There is a separate message function that doesn't involve connecting to/going through your XO.
