    Cant send messages to anyone but my friends


    I keep getting an error everytime i try to send a message to someone not on my friendslist, i can send them fine on my other account an also from xbox.com But its just on my main account that i cant send them my connection is fine too so i kinda need help
    if anyone could help me

    Wont let me send messages

    Everytime i try to send a message to my friends, it wont send it. it will message cant send or something like that. can anyone help me please.

    what's your rep at? i find since mine reached 80% avoided i can't send messages to non-friends either.
